I have traveled to several major cities in the Midwest and Swagat provides the best overall Indian buffet I have found. The moment you enter the bright and colorful decor you are met with a wide variety of aromas from the 15+ dishes in the buffet. Variety is definitely one of the major pros at this resturaunt but it is equally matched by the quality and flavor of the food. Price is another big plus at Swagat's with lunch at about $8 and a dinner buffet at $9. My wife has already told me we are going back this week and every week if she could.

A friend and I went for lunch. Plenty to choose from. Chicken, lamb curry, veggie dishes, rice dishes. They were all delicious. Reasonable price at $8. Similar to Maharaja Restaurant. For dessert I had those round balls that are like Hush puppies soaked in corn syrup--delicious.
